Spicy sausages

Sausages (pork, beef, chicken, turkey or quorn) – 6
Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli sauce – 2 teaspoons
Tomato sauce – 2 teaspoons
Cooking oil – 3 to 4 teaspoons
Salt-1 teaspoon
Green chilli sliced & sprig of coriander(optional)
Mix well the garlic powder, salt and the sauces and coat the sausages thoroughly with it. Set aside for 15 minutes. Heat the oil gently in a frying pan and shallow fry the sausages in batches of 3, turning sides once done. Once they are cooked through, garnish with sliced chilli/coriander and serve in a bun or as a cocktail snack. Makes a perfect party dish.
